The Disney Channel App has finally been updated to the new Disney Now app. It combines all the programs from Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD. It launched back in October on a variety of other platforms, but the Android TV apps stayed separate. I spoke with their support earlier this year and they said not all platforms would be updated at the same time.

I'm glad this happened. My kids have been asking about it since Disney Now already came to their tablet. Also, it's nice to see them continuing active development on Android TV. I don't yet have the Oreo update, so I can't check but if someone else does, I'd be interested to see if they also added support for the Channels feature.
