As the title says I've just installed a firmware update that has added support for Amazon Alexa to turn the tv on and off, adjust volume, adjust channels etc. I'm not really understanding why Sony (or whoever is in charge) would be pushing towards supporting a rivals product over its own? Can anyone shed some light on this..
