Hi guys, i'm so exciting update my mibox to oreo. But search button cannot search in-app such as ggplay, youtube same as MM before. It always go direct to gg assistant, so annoying.

Yes, but it works fine when you hit the search button. Seems to be a UX decision/feature?
If it turns out to be a software issue, you can always try to clear cache & data on the Google app to see if it clears up. Also try restarting twice, then if all else fails, a factory reset.
:(( no one feeling bad with this problem or only me face with this issue.
Yes, though, when pressing to the right I normally can use the normal search function.
