Since doing the Oreo update the Mi Box is no longer detecting my usb ethernet adapter.
I tried changing USB Configuration in Developer Options to USB Ethernet, but it made no difference.
Is anyone else having this issue?

disabling USB Debugging option in developer section helped me. I own a Ugreen USB 3.0 HUB.
Mine works until I try and set up a static IP address.
Yep, same issue here... hoping this will be fixed quickly.
Working fine here with a Ugreen USB3> Gigabit adapter - that one has a highly compatible ASIX chipset.
my unitek stopped working with oreo :(
Various USB adapters all work with DHCP. Not able to set a static IP or reserve an address outside the pool (using pihole).
I'm actually finding the wireless speed to be really good. I'd never used wireless, as I'd read prior to buying the Mi Box that the wireless was really bad so had always used the ethernet, but I've run a wifi speed test and i"m getting over 400 mbps, so it's probably not an issue for me.
My TeckNet 3-Port USB 3.0 Hub (model " HU043 ") stopped working as well after the Oreo update.
I've done a factory reset and that seems to have fixed this issue.
Still cannot use Ethernet even factory reset, I am using with xaomi one, don't know how to fix it
Same for me
It is still working for me so I guess it depends on the device. I own a TP-link (for reference).
