4K Netflix content changed to HD (MiBox 4K)

Today I bought the MiBox to stream Netflix in 4K, at first everything was great, all the titles showed 4K and I watched some of them in 4K, after messing around with kodi and some resolution changes, I switched back to 2160p and now all of the titles are only marked as HD.

How can I fix it? I am sure they were 4K before, and now even after a reboot and factory reset still getting HD (I got the 4K netflix plan)

Download speedtest and check your speeds.

Check if you still have hdcp 2.2 with drminfo app. If you don't have it, try to power off (turn off and disconnect power) the device. Also pull out hdmi cable for a minute (or power off fully your display). Connect back the stuff. Then, you may see hdcp2.2 return.

Also, if you are using bluetooth audio than netflix will fall back to hd. If you disconnect or turn off the bluetooth audio device it will enable uhd again.
