All I ever see is the spinner no matter what video I select.
Running on a shield tv with great network. No issues streaming with any other app.

FYI: I use the PBS Kids app often, and am assuming this app is a similar experience. I am usually able to play the videos when initially selecting it, however when using the "Play All" button, the app tends to freeze when loading the next episode. When this happens I have to kill the app and go back in to get it working again.
I've never had much luck with the PBS Kids app, it's slow and crashes a lot. The content is disappointingly limited too - but you can add it on to Amazon Prime Video for like $5 which is worth it if you've got kids.
I don't use it often (I think we've watched 2 or 3 documentaries on it) but I was actually surprised by how GOOD it was. Video started streaming immediately in way higher quality than Netflix or Hulu. One on butterflies especially looked fantastic.
I always get an issue where the play/pause floating menu doesn't minimize itself, which drives me nuts.
