Unfortunately Phillips are known to be shite. I have one, and for two years it would bootloop.
Good news though, I recently got an OTA update and now it's fixed, along with android 7 OS. So, maybe try for an update via the settings menu?
Try turning off HDMI CEC. Had an issue with a SHIELD TV and an older LG TV, technically the TV had CEC, but as it turns out they didn't actually get along and would keep restarting each other.
