Geez, that's huge. Bet they regret not just doing an open beta to get as many eyes on oreo as possible. Now they gotta scramble.

My Mi Box is borderline useless now. So frustrating that the released an untested update.

If my box hasn't self updated yet is there a way to block it?

Mine randomly pauses no matter the app I'm using. I've researched a few threads about it, but nothing I try seems to help.

I also can't adjust the audio in HDHR with the MiBox remote. Message says something about not being able to adjust it in surround sound mode even though that's not on.. it worked fine before the upgrade to Oreo.

This is so worrying me alot. Not fun at all

When is the next update planned?

Before the update, I could do voice search in spanish and english and would pick up PERFECTLY even with my 4 yo kid, and so fast it seemed that it knew in advance.

voice search is totally useless, I even get frustrated if I accidentaly press the voice button because it will make the box usless for some time...

Wifi is more like a russian roulette, sometimes it works for a while, then out of nothing it decides it just got tired and refuses to connect (I tried rebooting, and doesn´t work all the time, sometimes it takes to manually switching off on the wifi)

And with the rebooting comes the fun part of having to pair once again your remote, sometimes it takes a while..

I have a mouse connected to the usb... don´t know how it is possible but if the mouse moves, my tv turns on.. for real...

the new menu??? total garbage, useless in so many ways... who asked for these changes in the home screen? it was very nice before...

Hope these things get fixed soon...
