4k 120hz AND Android TV for 430 Bucks? Something smells fishy in here
The SoC on this one isn't the Mediatek from almost all other Android TV. It's a MStar T12 with an ARM Mali T820 GPU. TV is on 7.1.2.
Wrong flair.
I've got an element 1080p TV for gaming, and it's not very good.
Seeking all and Any Reviews Thoughts and Ideas thank you .
A couple of questions:
Does anyone know if there's input lag (for gaming)?
It has built in Chromecast...but is it the regular Chromecast, or Chromecast Ultra? Basically...will it let you stream in 4K?
Does anyone know the width of the feet? I just want to know if it will fit on my tv stand. (I thought I'd ask if anyone knew. I'll eventually go to the store to measure it)
does anyone happen to know what type of screws/bolts are required to wall mount this thing using the VESA mounts? I bought the westinghouse version of this tv (WG55UR4100) which i assume is the same. M6? M4? What length?
Android TV is only as good as the quality of it's Firmware.
Unproven, unknown vendors that have no track record with Firmware should be avoided IMHO.
Even known Android TV vendors like Xiaomi have turned working devices into a POS.
Buy a cheap, capable display panel and then use a NVIDIA Shield if you want Android TV. Far more powerful hardware with proven Firmware support.
