I have the same issue because Tasker requires the accessibility service to be enabled...

Hardly. Accessibility services are there to help those with disabilities. Using it for other things like remapping buttons isn't recommend or supported.
Afaik there is no way to achieve what you want.
There's an accessibility services setting bug. As soon as anything is enabled withing the accessibility settings, the launcher breaks.
It's been reported by multiple users. We have to wait for Nvidia to release an update to fix the bug.
