I have always suspected this, and this is not an only evidence but its the most obvious catch.
So if you were ever banned on xiaomi.eu forum by miboy for speaking the truth about their shitty firmware or insluted here on reddit that you dont know nothing or that your problems are weird because he has a fleet of 300 boxes and never had any problems, that problem is in you...

Hang on, it took you this long to figure out they were the same person?? XD
Some points:
- He's repeatedly clarified that he deployed Mi Boxes in a retirement village, hence his 300+ numbers
- He's never said there were no faults in doing so, he simply pointed out that often the biggest problem with HDCP compliance was the TVs implementation, or the user not plugging it into the compliant port
- He's not a moderator on xiaomi.eu , and from what I've seen before the mods have stepped in, people have been outright childish or abusive purely because they couldn't get Nougat final (and refused to downgrade to MM), or a niche feature added (frame-rate auto-switching and the like)
- He clearly has connections with the Mi Box development team, in particular the beta testing team, and has done his best to provide the info he has at hand, but when timetables change (and they do a lot in software development/deployment), he's had to cop stuff like this where people call him a liar and a troll
