I just chromecast or use my PS4, but mostly Chromecast especially with NHL
just one more question how does the apps run on the minix neo u9-h. I know this box run the phone version but not sure if it is buggy or just stay with the chromecast

Did you try to sideload the Sunday Ticket for Tablets app? I can't beleive they still don't have an android TV app even though their support page states it will work.
There is a Android TV app in the store now!!! I just installed it on my Shield!!
