Hi After the update my MiBox won't load and just shows a white light on the front. I can get to the boot screen but it won't even let me factory reset it. Is there any way to save it or did the update break it some how? Thanks!

Got the same problem. Voice search stopped working, cast also stopped working.
Eventual, I did "reset to default". Then start the setup again. Once did that, everything works as before, both voice search and cast.
Did you get the Oreo update or the post-oreo patch? If it's the former and you use a HDCP 2.2 receiver with a 1080p screen you will get a black screen. He post Oreo update fixes that (you'll need to temporarily hook your mibox directly to the tv so you can download and update the latest patch
