Can't speak about those exact models but I have an older element TV 1080p non smart and for the price it was definitely worth it and would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap TV brand
My Sony 700 got a lot quicker after disabling a lot of the bloat apps and adopting a flash drive I permanently leave plugged in. Also makes local streaming 4k content a breeze.
Element is pretty low end for TVs (if looking for a budget TV there are better options) and the OS on that probably won't last you very long nor stay updated.
Even on high end Sony TVs people get very frustrated with the Android TV implementation.
