I have that tuner and it has no official linux drivers, even after emailing Hauppauge about it 2 years ago.

An online community has hacked up a driver but it requires a modified kernal to have both tuners function at the same time.

tl;dr It would only work on AndroidTV with a huge effort and focus from Xiaomi, so it will most likely never happen.
