MXQ 4K Google Problem

I bought MXQ 4k android tv box with android 7.1.2 version. It has 2 problems.

  1. When I connect usb webcam and open camera app it crashes and I am unable to setup camera.

  2. When I try to add Google account or try to sign in Google Play store the sign in button doesnot respond.

That's a subreddit about certified Android TV devices by Google. I don't think your MXQ is one of them.
