Made Some Progress with Mibox

I've noticed a lot of people are having issues with their mibox, myself included. I reached out to customer service and explained the problems I was having. The initial response and followup email took some time, but within 5 business days I had a prepaid label in hand. They are sending me a new one once the old unit is received

I'll have to wait and see how the rest of this pans out

How is replacing the hardware going to fix a software issue? Unless your replacement comes with Marshmallow I suppose... In which case never upgrade it. 😂
