I have 65-inch Philips TV with Android. Is it possible to zoom out picture size when watching over-the-air broadcast? I cannot find such settings in the menu of TV. Reason:
There are still many low quality SD channels in the area where I live that look horrible on big screen. Also my room is not too large and while I prefer gaming and movies watching on big screen, I would like to watch other content in smaller size.

wtf does this even mean... if you're watching something then why would you not want it across the entire display? Are you perhaps talking about PIP and watching two things simultaneously? That's not immediately clear in your post.
I think I understand what you mean. Look if your TV has a setting for Underscan. Usually 100% will fill the screen edge-to-edge, and 90 or lower will have some kind of virtual bezel around the picture.
