Sort by what? Subscriptions are sorted by date.
Nope. The Android TV app is just for clicking around and browsing through suggestions. If you really want to drill down and find a specific video with specific criteria, the full web interface on a PC is what you're after. Too many clicks = bad for living room experience. You're supposed to lean back on your couch and just click through rows of recommended videos to watch.
Not that I ever found. Google doesn't seem to be a fan of their own AndroidTV, so I doubt they will put out a fully functional and polished YouTube app. It's unfortunate.
