Have the WinTV Tuner going into the Shield, and I was able to get channels to scan into Live Channels fine, but there is no Audio? Has anyone experienced something similar or suggestions on possible solutions? Many thanks!

If the broadcasts are using 2.0 or 5.1 Dolby Digital audio encoding and your audio receiver does not have a Dolby Audio Licence expect silence from the Shield.
The Shield does not have a Dolby Audio Licence, that is the core of the problem.
Yes I have the same tuner, I don't get audio through my TV speakers, Bluetooth headphones or headphones plugged into the game controller. The only way I can get audio through the live channels app while using the tv tuner is if I go through my audio receiver.
