Does 4k work for you guys? I am trying to cast 4k from Viaplay (25mbit h265), but it never reaches 25 mbit. I checked the monitor, and it does not utilise more than 8 mbit 1080p.
The Mi Box should support 4k casting, shouldnt it? Wifi is fast. Speedtest says 500 mbit.

Mi box supports playback at 4k but only from the device and honestly only really stable from Netflix other then that no other Media app supports 4k ATM ..
Google Casting 4k is only possible with the Google Cast Ultra 4k hence won't work on MiBox from casting .
The best thing you could do is load a 4k mkv file onto a flash drive and try to load it .
Or you could try to download the 4k file from a cloud app .
Mi box from reviews I've seen struggled with 4k.
