Tried two different ethernet adapters, but do not see a ethernet option in android settings/ network settings. Can only see wifi option.Please any ideas to help here

try disable "adb usb-debug" in developer settings, if this settings already disabled try to switch ON then OFF
Use an usb adapter rj45 with it ! Ugreen is compatible and works great !

I've heard that Ugreen 3.0 ethernet adapter works perfectly with mibox3.
