I heard that the show info om Tvs are expanding from just Chromecasts to now also Chromecast built on TVs. Does this mean when it fully rolls out Android Tvs will get show info on TV?

The Shield TV already does this with Google Assistant integration. It overlays the info on top of your content when you ask a question.
