My remote doesn't connect after the update. It did right before, what to do? Already did the press back and home button hold until beep a few times.
Currently doing a factory reset to see if that helps.
Edit: tried rebooting a couple times and also factory reset but it didn't fix it. Fixed it by removing the batteries for 10 seconds and after putting them back in it auto reconnected.
Mine was like that and after reboot it is fine.
Remote won’t turn on Mi Box reliably since the latest update. I’ve had to reconnect the remote a few times since last update a few days ago.

I have the same problem. Latest update broke my connection with my LG TV remote (Simply link/CEC). I use my TV remote since my original mibox remote stopped working.

Removing the batteries fixed it for me.
