Fuck. Get a torrent box. Get a usenet sub, get a file hosting sub, or just fucking irc like it's 1999. They're all going to get you much better quality and not a letter to your isp.

Not sure if this helps but I use Kodi on mine. Not exactly torrent streaming but essentially anything that has a torrent for it, you can find using any current video Addon.
I'd advise against torrent streaming on any android device. It's a device/sdcard/usbdisk killer.
Except if you have an actual hard disk inside (shield pro) or on usb which you can use for the stream cache
