I bought Mibox 3, recently im facing a lot of crashes, during playing netflix screen freezes and there is no sound (or sound is glitched like computer crashing).
Crash time is random, somethimes device survives 12h sometimes it fails after 10 minutes.
Unfortunately this mibox is updated to recent oreo.
Any ideas how to fix problems ? or should I return this device?

Did you do any research before you bought? There are a ton of issues with this box and it seems to be pot luck as to whether you get a good one. If you can afford to take it back and buy a shield. It's more expensive but you won't have any of the basic problems with it. I started with a mibox and hung on for a few months. Ended up buying a shield and have had zero issues since.
Ran into same issues with mine. I think the memory is fried.
