How do I select the circular buttons on the left side of the menu with a TV Remote? I've got a 2017 Shield TV with the Shield Remote Control, and also the Harmony Elite Remote control. I'm not able to browse to to those buttons with either remote...
When I plug in a mouse, and click on the buttons, it actually works as expected (Clicking the circular "Apps" button opens a full apps menu. Clicking the "Netflix" or "YouTube" buttons opens those respective applications). However, I'm always using the Shield TV from my couch, so I don't have a mouse or a touch screen for navigation. Any ideas how to select those buttons with the standard remote control?

If you've got accessibility enabled it does that.
