I use VLC to watch files with HDR content, but have never checked to see if the application was HDR compliant, and I can't seem to find any information on it. I know the desktop version is HDR, but is the Android version? Should I be using my media center PC instead of VLC through Android on the TV?
HDR should be fine with any of the major video players, I've x900e. You can check the TV's video options, it should say hdr while playing.
