So I open the app and after 5 seconds or the app will crash and close, so I cannot even use it. I'm using it on a 1080p TV so it's a not a 4k thing. Any one else have this problem and have you found a way to fix it. I've uninstalled updates and cleared cache and data but to no avail.
Edit: So I deleted some apps and Netflix is no longer crashing, I'm guessing one of the apps was doing something to Netflix. A weird fix but it's working fine for now.
I'm having the exact same issue as we speak..For me it started 2 days ago. As soon as I open it, it closes immediately right after. Tried uninstalling updates clearing cache and data. No change. I suspect it's the Android Oreo update on my Mi Box 4k. I've already had to have them send me a new one for my entertainment area. The one I'm having the issue with is in the bedroom. SMH
