The Google Android TV certified, and Netflix approved - Jetstream 4K Ultra HD that has already been released comes out of the box with Android TV 8.1 Oreo and from all reports it performs well.
You would be mad trusting Xiaomi to get anything right on any cheap media player at this point in time. Their Firmware track record lately has been very poor.
Not out of box, but from my understanding, it will upgrade when it updates its software.
Why not just ask for the list that officially have Android 9.0? :D
