Nvidia Shield TV?

Doesn't exist. Nvidia Shield is the closest thing to what you're looking for but only supports HDR10 (not HDR10+ or Dolby Vision).

Only devices outside of certain TVs and UHD blu-ray players that suppport DV are the Chromecast Ultra, Apple TV 4K, Xbox One S/X, and the upcoming Fire TV Stick 4K.

I think the only device outside of certain TVs and UHD blu-ray players that supports HDR10+ is the upcoming Fire TV Stick 4K. I wouldn't even worry about HDR10+ now because there is so little support for it currently.

I mean... the Nvidia Shield TV has all of those things, minus the Dolby Vision. But they’re actively updating it, hopefully for a good long while! So it may have it after not too long.

The Shield TV is probably the most recommended Android TV box out there, no other hardware even comes close. Though I could be wrong. If you really don’t care about having high specs, there are some others I’m sure someone else can suggest.

The only streamer that meets all of those requirements is the Apple TV afaik. Shield does it all minus DV. My LG B7 does DV though so I stream via the native apps when I want to watch DV content and do everything else over the Shield.

Doesn't exist.

NVIDIA cannot even be bothered getting a Dolby Audio License and everybody is wishing really hard that they will get DolbyVision and Dolby MAT (Atmos) support for streaming Apps like Netflix and Prime Video.

The odd are high that is Not going to happen.

Good luck man. Im in the same boat wanting the same thing. The Vizio I bought has a good awful app function. Right now the Xbox and apple TV are about the only things that support both sadly.
