Apps on SD Cards - Android TV 8.1

Having trouble managing free space on my new Jetstream. Have put in an SD card,have formatted it and have successfully migrated app data (particularly Kodi data) to the card. Can I move apps to the card, and if so,how? TIA

It's pretty easy:

  1. Go to settings -> apps
  2. Select the app you want to move, don't forget system apps cannot be moved
  3. Select "storage used" and then select the external SD card
  4. Wait until the transfer is complete
