I've never seen it, but it looks like it's the showtime app causing it. I've got that disabled on my box, which could be why. Try disabling it on your's and see if that helps.
That looks like JSON (IN very short, "too the point" terms) which is like a file that sort of can work like a database with different info displaying on say a website/webpage ... it looks like instead of displaying like it should, it's actually displaying the JSON itself in "JSON format" ..
I'd agree with another poster that rebooting the router the box is connected to MAY help ...i was going to suggest looking in settings and seeing if there is a network connection detected, but that makes no sense, if you're stuck at this screen here
I had it the last few days. Just checked and saw that the showtime apps had updates. Updated both and sooooo far no further issues. If you can check for updates. I’m on an Android TV so I may be a bit different but hope that helps!
Looks like someone forgot to change the redirect on their code. Been there done that.
Usually this means it's lost network or you rebooted your router...
I had the same error on my Nexus Player.
Exited out of it, and it was fine.
I think mine was the Showtime app had an error.
