I could stream Ultra HD titles fine on prime video app from nvidia shield on my mi box 3. I could see even 4k/UHD title row on mi box 3.
Since couple of days I can't see 4k/UHD title row nor when I stream it goes to Ultra HD.
Is anyone else having the same issue? I am on 2303 build.

If hdcp handshake failed for hdcp2.2 mibox will have hdcp1.x that meens resolution is limited to fullhd.
You can check that with drm info app. If this happened, you can try turning off both mibox and display. Disconnect power and wait for 5 minutes (for depleting remaining charge from power bricks).
Than, you can try turning them on again. If this time handshake succeeds, it will show uhd for videos if it is available for that item.
Anyone has update on this ? Facing same issue. Earlier UHD on prime was working like a charm.
