Mi Box S TV modification for Netflix

Question

Hey guys, my internet provider does not support netflix and right now I'm using VPN to play netflix from my PC. I'm planning to buy Mi Box S (2018 version) which said support netflix, but again, my internet provider does not support it.

Is there anyway to bypass the 'block' so I can play netflix on MiBox S?

Where do you live ? How come your provider can block Netflix ?
