At the moment, no device is out yet.
But the JBL Link Bar has what you want, as well as the Humax Vision. They should be available in the coming weeks/months.
And it's big devices, so there are currently no "small" set-top boxes with what you need.
Keep in mind it's coming next year, I saw some cool demos at IBC from different manufacturer (Technicolor, Arcadyan, SDMC) testing that. As it was still testing, the wake word was 'Alexa' and you could see the Google Assistant popping up on the TV, funny.
Latest Sony AF9 has a microphone inside the TV by the way. :)
