Netflix wont work on 55POS9002

Might be wrong place to post this, but anybody got some tips? I can begin anything, but as soon as I the video should start the screen turns black, no sound and only the subtitle shows.

also happens to me from time to time, I'm not sure how to solve it permanently, but when that happens I do the following:

1 - quit the netflix app

2 - go to settings -> apps -> netflix -> stop app

3 - go to settings -> apps -> netflix -> clear data and cache (or something similar)

4 - hard restart tv -> really unplug it

5 - it works again for some time without giving you trouble..

probably starting from 4 gives you the same result anyway.. but this method always worked for me

Try restarting the tv by unplugging the tv and keeping it unplugged for at least 3 minutes.
