I just got a new sound bar, lg sk9y, and am curious if the mibox supports atmos. I can hear the overhead speakers firing on the soundbar on Netflix but my googling and reddit searching on this sub aren't giving me a straight answer.
I just got a new sound bar, lg sk9y, and am curious if the mibox supports atmos. I can hear the overhead speakers firing on the soundbar on Netflix but my googling and reddit searching on this sub aren't giving me a straight answer.
At the current state, it doesn't support anything other than plain old stereo. Everything else is pretty much broken.
It does passthrough Atmos, but not from Netflix. Most likely upmixed by the sound bar.
