Can Mi box 3C or S play Netflix/Prime video at 4K properly?

Both of them are exactly similar as far as processor is concerned. And there have been complaints about the DTS audio support on 3C. We don't know whether those issues persist after the new update. But maybe audio is not your major concern.There have been some wifi speed issues too.So, assume that if you are using an ethernet to usb adapter, then both will play 4K HDR10 perfectly. Note: They don't support HDR10Plus or Dolby Vision

These are products designed specifically for the Chinese home market. As such, there is no concern for proper DRM.
You want a mdz16ab or mdz22ab to have any chance for Netflix/Prime Video.
