Hi, I want a tv box that can play h265 videos on my 1080p tv. I use my ps4 to stream from my laptop for h264 videos. Ps4 upscaling is amazing. Is there any tv box that gives similar picture quality? And can you stream content from your laptop using wifi. Thanks.
I really don't get how anyone could notice that a machine has "amazing upscaling" but with only a 1080p TV then I wonder what your source files are sitting at. Do you only have 720p videos or something?
I’m going to say that this amazing upscaling is placebo effect. Set up Plex on your laptop and use your PS4 for playback.
