Bought a 128gb low profile USB 3.0 flash drive, had to format it in order to get Live Channels to record shows. Wanting to compare captured files with that of the Plex Pass recorded shows, but Win10 obviously cant read the drive. Is there a way I can transfer the DVR recordings to my PC or is there a Windows app that will let me view these formatted drives?
Using an nVidia Shield.
Did you set it up as internal or removable storage?
If it's internal then it cannot be read by any other device except shield. You can try using other port to connect another device and copy stuff to it.
If it's external storage you can eject and use it on Windows 10. Format it as exFAT. Not sure if live channels support external storage.
