I can't find an option to do this in the Nord VPN app options. I'm trying to make my Shield box wife proof by ensuring she never has to touch the VPN app.

There is an option in the settings to always connect when the device is connected to WiFi which is what I use.
Does anyone know if there’s an option to connect to a vpn server when I open certain apps? I have both NordVPN and ExpressVPN. I use some streaming apps which requires me to use VPN because of region block. It takes time to constantly go in and out to enable and disable the VPN as most streaming apps are geoblocked.
In case the NordVPN auto connect does not work simply install Launch on Boot app, and add Nord to it. Auto connect will trigger when the box is booted up, and the app is launched.
