Just got a new Android TV box but Hulu is zoomed in and can't figure out how to log into my account.

Just Got A New Android TV Box But Hulu Is Zoomed In And Can't Figure Out How To Log Into My Account.

I don't know the brand of the box, got it off Amazon. But from the settings-> about it say Model: AP1 Version: 7.1.2

So what do I do? I don't even know how to find out if the box need a system update since that option is nowhere in the settings. I see there is a open to turn off root switch. I tried that, but still Hulu still zoomed in. YouTube works just fine. Netflix won't log in, and Hulu is zoomed out and can't figure out how to log in at all. Need some help setting up this device please.

If you can't name the brand, it is not official Android TV

You probably got a generic chinese Android box that doesn't run Android TV. You're better off returning it and getting a real Android TV device like a Fire TV or a Shield or even a Mi Box.
