When you click on the app from the home screen it tells you all about a new update and how things are gonna change but doesn't seem to provide a way to actual download the update. Same for when you go through the settings and search for software updates, nothing there.
In the notice it says the update will be coming at "end of November". That's 4 more days at most. Lets see!
I got this box on my 65xbr900e.. I did notice the sideview app having something changing as well come December, which I think is preluding to the Oreo update maybe..

This was already posted, it's just a notice of an upcoming update. I'll be checking the F series for this notice when I go home today.
Edit: Checked, because I disabled Featured apps I can't tell if the 900F is getting this notice too, it's not found in the "help" section.
