Forced Auto-update MiBox 3

This morning I woke up one of my MiBox 3 and it started to auto-update. I was keeping it in the first release of Oreo (2167) because it was working without any issue. Now it has been auto-updated to the 2396 release. I made a few checks and it was working ok, but it's sad to be forced to a new update without asking. It was asking for an update since a few weeks but I always discarded it. Today there were no asks.

I have another MiBox and I don´t want to turn it on to avoid this update. I read many post of people having troubles with this update.

Mine was updated when I turned on the TV this morning everything seems to be working like normal

Is it specific to MiBoxes sold in the US? I bought mine in France, and it never asked me to upgrade, I had to select it manually in the option menu.

My mibox was working fine. No wake issue, no lag, no wifi issue, everything worked almost perfectly. I updated to latest version which in changelog had many fixes and from that update i have wifi issues, and wake problem.... What the hell Xioami?
