I have the piktv and droid box. Does fine as as Andriod, but damn the piktv app and box likes to crash. Like all the time. I find the piktv app slow and not very responsive. I haven't had any luck running the APK on the mi box.

Honestly, if it was 24 bucks a month including the sports package, and the fact they promo me the box, I wouldn't use it

If you happen to have a Pik TV box, extract the app using a file explorer. After that you can modify the app to run on another device i followed the advice at this random site https://mostlyirrelevant.info/run-telus-pik-tv-on-nvidia-shield-tv/ and was able to get PIK going on my ShieldTV! So much faster!
