Can anyone link me to a 5.1 Surround Sound YouTube video, please? I can't seem to find one.
i wanted to see if maybe high-res 5.1 FLAC was fixed, the answer is yes.. at least with PlexForKodi, and Emby. here are my test results with 5.1 Flac at 24bit/96kHz.
Plex: Plays as 2.0 @ 48kHz.
PlexForKodi: Plays as 5.1 @ 96kHz. i don't know if it's possible to check bitrate with my hardware, is it possible within the app?

so if i'm not mistaken, it looks like whatever prevented high-res 5.1 FLAC from working before is now fixed
Anyone with this update try the new FireTV stick 4K remote with their Shield? Is all the functionality there with the FTV remote?

Has anyone found where in the settings I can change the Home Launcher? I "accidentally" set it to Sideload Launcher on first start after 7.2 install and need to set it back. I can get into settings but cant't find it anywhere, This is what I get for playing - lol.
Puffin TV displaying colour space incorrectly now. I've seen colour issues in other apps as well. Thankfully not the important ones.
I'm not sure if anyone else was still having problem with Google Home controlling/playing Netflix but this seemed to fix all the issues for me. It still seems to default to a music source if I don't word my commands correctly and there's a song by the same name, but other than that, Netflix works now!

So what's the verdict with this update? There seems to be many issues.
Anyone having issues updating the remote? On my first shield everything went smoothly but on my second the remote update just doesn't progress. The bar won't fill.
Well, upgraded to shield 17.2 and my WDTV Live Hub (that houses all my media files) that i was able to mount on the shield is no longer able to be mounted. This now means the plex app which was using the shield as a server connected to my NAS no longer works! Does anyone else get the connection failed when trying to mount a WDTV Live Hub NAS either as registered user or guest? ANY help is appreciated. Thanks
