Netflix stuttering on Mi Box?

Hi all.

Any advice on how to fix Netflix on my Mi Box? Stuttering of late and no idea why. I thought it might have been because I was low on space, but I've cleared that and have around 70% free. Have tried restarting the box, doesn't work either. It recently updated the version of Android running on it if that info helps.

Same here, it's really bad now with Oreo vs how reasonable smooth video playback was when using Marshmallow Firmware. I have a stable 50Mbps internet connection.

In fact it's the worst Netflix playback I've seen for video stuttering on any hardware I use in the house.

And then add the 5.1 Netflix audio dropouts on top of that, and I would call it an abject failure of a Oreo Netflix media player. :(

I have had an occasional problem lately too and I am on a shield, wired gigabit Fios.

Check your display refresh rate - I got stuttering when it wasn't "auto".

Update- I did a factory reset of my Mibox and it seems to have sorted it- so far at least.
