Is there anyway to integrate Android TV and Google Home in such a way that when there is a voice search prompt on Android TV that it will make the Google Home listen? I'm using a Logitech Harmony setup which unfortunately does not have a voice search mic on the remote so get the two Google products to work together would be great.

I have the same situation. I was hopeful about the Nvidia Spot which apparently was an April Fool's joke...
There is no way to trigger the Google assistant on the Sony TV that I have found. The command doesn't exist in their database and the original remote uses Bluetooth to trigger it, thus can't be learned by harmony. You can trigger it from a voice command, but if you have a nearby smart speaker that will get triggered as well.
Google home is always listening.
I haven't seen a way to do that, but I know if you plug a USB microphone into an Android TV set-top box (Shield, Mi Box), you can program a Harmony button to trigger the mic feature and the USB mic will pick things up from there.
