No big deal, but you are pointing an Android box which is different from Android TV box. If it's only for emulation, a raspberry pi might be a better option as you will have way more support than any cheap Android box. There is the Xiaomi mibox if you want Android TV or even better a shield TV.
Not 100% related but they are releasing a D8 that's been approved for certified Android TV. It's being built by SDMC.
This is not an androidtv device.
